Emergency Surgery

I had to interrupt my mad dash to finish Bradshaw tonight, for Norovember, (the clock is ticking!) when my son brought over a very injured bunny and asked: “mommy, can you fix him?” I could not very well tell him: “wait till December sweetie, mommy will have more knitting time…” As you can see, bunny has been stitched before, but this was serious! I just hope the new soles will not be chewed up too quickly.

I would never have thought of that! I'll bet it lasts longer too. Nice save!

Clever clever knitter, you!

Great little slippers for the bunny. He must have been doing a lot of serious walking to wear out the non-skid soles on his previous feet!

Wonderful fix! 10,000 miles to retread, I'm sure :)

What a great idea. Some knits just have to take precedence.
