I had to interrupt my mad dash to finish Bradshaw tonight, for Norovember, (the clock is ticking!) when my son brought over a very injured bunny and asked: “mommy, can you fix him?” I could not very well tell him: “wait till December sweetie, mommy will have more knitting time…” As you can see, bunny has been stitched before, but this was serious! I just hope the new soles will not be chewed up too quickly.

Fun solution, look's great too!
I would never have thought of that! I'll bet it lasts longer too. Nice save!
Great work, "doc"!
What a clever fix! I'll bet the bunny will be fine from now on.
Clever clever knitter, you!
Great little slippers for the bunny. He must have been doing a lot of serious walking to wear out the non-skid soles on his previous feet!
Wonderful fix! 10,000 miles to retread, I'm sure :)
What a great idea. Some knits just have to take precedence.
You are a clever old bean! I would never have thought of that. And it looks cute, too.
That's one well-heeled bunny!
Aww, what a great mommy to fix the bunny's poor slippers.
Can't wait to see the finished Bradshaw, go, go GO!!
Very clever fix! And probably very comfy for bunny.
Awww... that is such a great solution, how could you not save the bunny.
Too cute....and I bet that's a French bunny. Dou-dous are very important around here--just odmthfnask your brother!
Oh, what a lucky little bunny who's got you to fix him :-)
Wow, not only did you fix the bunny, but you made it better! I love your solution.
